Local job opportunity with Axis

Axis is recruiting for a Full Time Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) based from their Birmingham Office.

Axis RLOs provide a one stop contact point helping residents to feel respected and valued by maintaining the best quality experience whilst repairs are carried out in their home. The role will involve working closely with residents and Optima to provide a quality maintenance service.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and negotiation skills coupled with working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel. Your own vehicle is essential.  Salary will be subject to experience and hours.
