So what’s it all about then?

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the new regulator for homes owned by housing associations. One of the first things the TSA wants to do is draw up a brand new set of standards for all social landlords. Therefore this is your opportunity to help set these new standards and ensure that services for tenants
continue to improve.
Why is this important to you as an Optima resident?
The standards are important because the TSA will monitor how Optima perform in achieving them and will take action against any landlord that does not meet them.
What will happen at these events?
• The cast of ‘Are you being served right’ will perform a short interactive sketch.
• John Hughes, an independent advisor, will listen to what you think is a good or bad service.
• Relax with food and drink, fill in a questionnaire and enter a free prize draw to win £100!
