Optima's aim is to create homes and neighbourhoods where people want to live, and in a very short space of time since our inception in 1999, we have established a reputation for delivering award-winning developments.

Our approach is innovative with an emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions where possible, and we are committed to creating sustainable communities. 

The majority of our work has taken place in Attwood Green, including Park Central, the innovative partnership scheme with Birmingham City Council and Crest Nicholson. 

We also develop outside our main area of operation, notably our award winning Hudsons Drive scheme in south Birmingham and Priory Place in Edgbaston.  

Despite the recession, 350 homes have started on site this year.
