Welcome

We are a community-led housing association based in central Birmingham

Following consultation with residents, Harden Housing and Optima Community Association have merged and will be known as Optima Community Association, which is now part of the WM Housing Group.

This doubles Optima’s presence within Birmingham and the West Midlands, to more than 4,700 homes.

We will re-launch this site in June. Former Harden residents should continue to use www.hardenhousing.co.uk

Volunteers are offering social media help to voluntary organisations, community groups, charities, clubs and societies in a relaxed, informal setting.

Tools like blogs, podcasts, video and social networks can give a real boost to campaigning organisations, often for no or little cost. So these experts are offering you approachable one-to-one help and support because they believe it can help. You might just want to see what is possible and go away and think about it. You might be itching to set up a blog and start using it. Perhaps you think video might help you tell your story but don't know where to start? All is possible.

Telephone Survey

Telephone survey

Optima Community Association is using Silver Dialogue to conduct satisfaction surveys on our behalf.

Silver Dialogue will be telephoning a random selection of customers every three months. If you are one of these customers, please take the opportunity to help us, by answering a small number of questions, it should only take 5 minutes to complete. If you are busy when they call, but still wish to participate, they can call you back.

Or you can complete our on-line survey which will go directly to Silver Dialogue to be included in our quarterly report.

Your views are important to us to help us understand the key areas that matter to you and help us identify what we need to focus on. We will also be able to compare ourselves against similar housing associations, which will also help us to understand how we can improve.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact your local housing office.
