Optima is currently 10 years into a £550 million regeneration project which has seen five former council estates transformed into places where people want to live.
To find out more about us and our history, please look under the "About Us" section or download our brochure, "Take a Closer Look at Optima". For more details about our Park Central development partnership with Birmingham City Council and Crest Nicholson, please see our "Development" section.
