About us

Optima Community Association is committed to providing sustainable communities. Our focus is on creating places where people want to live - whether that means providing new communities or transforming existing neighbourhoods into vibrant, and popular areas to live in.

We have a strong track record of successful partnership development from the multi-million pound master-planning urban renewal projects Attwood Green and Park Central, refurbishment and new-build developments We create sustainable communities by building homes for rent and shared ownership, and with our partners, homes for sale and commercial opportunities as well as supporting the community through social and economic programmes.

We develop new homes that are energy efficient, attractive and set in a high quality built environment.

We are also a charity registered with the Charities Commission No. 1074648. We are regulated and monitored by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), Reg No. L4228 and are members of the Independent Housing Ombudsman scheme.
